I want to understand people. I enjoy connecting and learning the lens through which they view the world. Getting the chance to guide them behind a camera and let their story take form is exhilarating.
My visual mind aids me in setting up shots and framing the subject and their story before they speak a word.

I started using Premiere Pro in college and expounded on that foundation during my digital media internship with Auburn Advancement. I edited the Jule Collins Smith video entirely on Premiere Pro, and feel comfortable with the application.

For two and a half years, my job has centered around guest satisfaction. I know how to read people and their needs as soon as they step into my restaurant. I never hesitate to correct any problems they have with their service, and make sure they leave with plans to come back soon.
I read people and make them comfortable in new settings. I will be able to interact with staff and clients and ensure they feel comfortable in any media setting.

When working in a restaurant, time is never on your side. If there is a problem you have less than 30 seconds to assess and fix it. Whether it be a spill, a guest falling, a guest complaining about their food, the wait time, pretty much anything under the sun. I am effiecent in solving all of these issues and know when to delegate them to other employees when I have multiple problems arise at the same time.
During my internship at Cinder, I helped my coordinator solve problems she was stuck on for months in a matter of days. At Auburn Advancement I parsed through hours of court film and timestamped important images in one workday, when my coordinator had a time constraint and needed my assistance.
If I don’t have a solution to a problem I won’t hesitate to ask for help to make sure I don’t waste time.
